Lane Edward Standard Fee Agreements
Our Contingency Fee Agreement is typically 25% of candidate's first year base salary. Our Fee is only due if the client hires our candidate(s). Fees are due upon receipt of our invoice. Late payments will void any candidate guarrantee.
Under our Retingent Fee Agreement, a "Container Fee" is required to start; typically $5,000.00. The final Fee Payment is due after a successful placement: upon receipt. There is no mid-term payment due.
Our Retained Search structure is applied to C-Level Executive Search assignments. Under a Retained Search 29Agreement, Lane Edward, Inc. requires a Fee set at 30% of a Candidates annual base salary. Internal resources will be assigned specifically to the search, and candidates delivered on an agreed to schedule until the position is filled. With that, 33% of the Fee is due at the launch of the search, 33% is due at an agreed to time frame during the search, and the final installment is due immediately after the candidates start date.
