  Our Eight-Step Approach to Candidate Placements.

 1. Project Assessment: Define the entire project scope and expectations. Set dates. Approve Fee Agreement.
 2. Launch Search Project: Assign teams, define strategy, schedule submissions.
 3. Slate Reviews and Submission: Review initial slate of candidates. Submit with all additional support material.
 4. Schedule Initial Interviews with client: Schedule interviews, manage process. Refine and recruit.
 5. Follow up with Client and Candidate: Review feedback. Request references. Recruit candidates.
 6. Schedule Final Onsite Interviews: Schedule all onsite interviews. Manage processes. Reference checks.
 7. Final Offer to Candidate(s): Submit offer to candidate. Schedule start dates. Manage processes. 
 8. On boarding Candidates to Client: Confirm candidate start date. Close any final details.

Lane Edward Standard Fee Agreements

Contingency Agreement
Our Contingency Fee Agreement is typically 25% of  candidate's first year base salary. Our Fee is only due if the client hires our candidate(s). Fees are due upon receipt of our invoice. Late payments will void any candidate guarrantee.

Retingent Agreement
Under our Retingent Fee Agreement, a "Container Fee" is required to start; typically $5,000.00. The final Fee Payment is due after a successful placement: upon receipt. There is no mid-term payment due.

Retained Agreement
Our Retained Search structure is applied to C-Level Executive Search assignments. Under a Retained Search 29Agreement, Lane Edward, Inc. requires a Fee set at 30% of a Candidates annual base salary.  Internal resources will be assigned specifically to the search, and candidates delivered on an agreed to schedule until the position is filled. With that, 33% of the Fee is due at the launch of the search, 33% is due at an agreed to time frame during the search, and the final installment is due immediately after the candidates start date.

Flat Fee Agreement
We are open to a Flat Fee discussion with our established clients under certain parameters.
